In this context, the ANEW team, provides all the information so that you can exercise your right to complain to an official entity, third party and impartial to the process. Thus, you can access the official page and expose your dispute, if you were dissatisfied with the acquisition of a good or service on our website, or with the solution presented by us to resolve the situation.
