Processing Time:

Your orders will be processed and shipped within Europe only and on working days. After payment, the order is processed and the customer is notified of its shipment. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days after notification. Anew Bags is not responsible for any delays by the carrier.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary based on the shipping company, the shipping destination, and the carrier's delivery schedule.

 

Shipping Rates:

You will be able to view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are added to the order, in case the shipment is outside Portugal: €11.90 for other European countries.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Please ensure you select your location and at the checkout, you can view the correct local market pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

When your order arrives at Customs, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.

 

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the carrier's website.

 

Delivery:

Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package during the expected delivery time. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt delivery again at a later time.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement package shipped to you as soon as possible.

Prices are displayed in EUR. For customers located outside Europe, local taxes and duties may be applied prior to delivery.
